| GENERAL MEETINGS General meetings are held throughout the year beginningin September and continuing through May. Meetings are located at the West Avon Congregational Church located at 280 Country Club Road from 9:30am to 11:30am (unless otherwise noted). Babysitting is available for a nominal fee. Meetings begin with coffee and refreshments followed by a program presented by local experts on a topic of general interest. |

General Meeting Snow Closing Policy
- If there is a school delay of less than 90 minutes, the General Meeting will be delayed the same amount of time and babysitting will not be available.
- If there is a school delay of more than 90 minutes or a full day cancellation, the General Meeting will be cancelled and will not be rescheduled.
Babysitting
- Babysitting is available at our General Meetings for a nominal charge, $10 for one child and $12 for two or more children. We have a group of experienced adult sitters available in separate rooms for children according to age. Older children will have the option of completing a craft project. A snack will be provided to all children, unless you advise us otherwise. Weather permitting; the children may play outside so please dress accordingly.
